Demotivate Ho Gye Kya ? - Stress Management in JEE

Feeling of demotivation is the most common thing for JEE aspirants. But, what to do upon demotivation ?

Before answering this let us see why this happens. So, the basic reason for thus anxiety and feeling of demotivation is STRESS

JEE aspirants suffers stress because of many reasons; let's discuss major of them.
 
Over expectation : This is mainly because most JEE aspirants were initially toppers of their schools, scoring tons of marks. When they start JEE prep they expect to get good marks here in tests also. But that does not happen most of the time, which gives them a shock and they start to feel self pitty.

Under-confidence : Some aspirants when they start JEE they get overwhelmed by the seeing the syllabus and  crowd preparing for the same. They get a feeling that they won't be able to make it.

Over-thinking : Some students start their preparation well , but when they sometimes score less in the test,
self doubt emerges in them. Then, instead to working on weak points they start to loose self motivation and procrastinate, which further leads to stress and again less marks. This way stuck into this vicious cycle.

People also face stress sometimes when they are not able to convey their problems.


In simple words stress is one of the biggest enemies of JEE aspirants. It leads to self-pity during you keep blaming yourself and refrain from working towards improvement. Stress also leads to demotivation which further leads to waste of time by not working towards your goal.

" Are yarr iska solution batao yarr , ye sab to pata hai apan ko "

You need to understand that improvement is a gradual process it takes time and effort. You need ne mature enough to understand that JEE syllabus is tough and you should work with patience. You should actively convey you genuine problems to your mentors, parents and friends. Enjoy the JEE process you won't regret it later. Many of you might be MSD fans so you learn from him patience. Also MSD stresses to Work on the things which are under our control, to our best. This applies to JEE also and believe me its the best advice anyone can give you to manage any type of stress.
